Freindly staff, good service. Easy to find, easy to book. Rooms are clean and good.
Some items were not replaced after clean up of room. Washing table was broken and not fixed after 3 days. Food and drinks relatively expensive. Door key does not work properly. |

| Too noisy due to the close Düsseldorf airport - having no airco in the rooms I could not sleep while the window couldn't stay open...
Used forkes and knivesin the samll pantry where not changed by cleaning staff |

good beds and blankets, good breakfast
no place to put the luggage, bath room not separated from bedroom, so the bathroom is really cold in the morning and you always hear the noise from the shower ventilation in the bedroom. |

If your trip is to SAP Düsseldorf at Am Scimmerfeld 5, just take this hotel. You may not find a better one, so close. Very good hotel with an excellent restaurant.
