Price/value of the accomodations were very good. This is a genuine European hotel experience with few (or no)American guests.
Hotel is a bit far from Venice if you are planning to spend evenings there - last bus is at 9:00pm and the taxis can be very expensive. No restaurant at the hotel but a very good one about 10 minutes walk away.
