This is my first stay in this hotel and It was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable and willing to assist with anything. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and concidering it is so close to the terminal I heard no noise from planes. I work for a company that use airport Hotels weekly and will be recomending this one very strongly to my colleages.
I have no negative feedback my stay was perfect. |

An ideal hotel for an overnight stopover between flights at Prague airport - staff very efficient and unlike other hotels in the area I have used, the courtesy bus has always been available, 24 hours a day. Free internet a bonus as well and no problem in borrowing a cable for my lap-top - desk staff only too willing to assist.

Arriving with a late flight (22:30) and leaving with an early flight (7:00) this hotel is perfectly situated, and the shuttle is available at any time.

Excellent place to stay when you need to catch an early flight or arrive on a late flight. The hotel makes a continental breakfast available for early departures. Shuttle to airport was prompt. Free internet. Room was great for a short stay.
Only negative was that my colleague had a problem with being billed for calls using a toll-free calling card access number -- I believe he was billed for the call to the "toll free" number, perhaps due to the fact that the hotel has IP phone service. It would be good to confirm this, because it makes for some expensive phone calls that would normally be free of charge. |
