Friendly and helpful staff, especially the older lady in charge of the graceful younger ones.

At the moment of payiong, the credit card connection did not work, so I had to pay the large fee for three nights' stay in cash, euros. This could well have been a big problem and was certainly an inconvenience and an irritation--a sign of primitive infrastructure in Prague. The management should make it their first priority to fix this.
