 Very very good hotel and personel. They were very nice and polite all time. Big and splendid spa. Fantastic meals. Very good location in the Potsdam. I can boldly recommend every.

Very helpfull and supportive staff.The whole place very clean and organized.Our child was very welcome by the receptionist.. Top location.

| Beim burger essen war das brot hart. obwohl in der 3. etage gewohnt konnte man laute musik vom erdgeschoss hören(event im Hause )
Pool wegbeschreibung nicht vorhanden, bademantel nicht vorhanden, deswegen auch pool nicht benutz..
Empfang beim ankunft war nicht so freundlich.. |

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms
Spotty wireless -- had to change to the other side of the hotel, and even then had the service drop frequently.
I wish the fitness center had longer hours. It is open from 6:30 - 22:00 -- 30 minutes earlier and/or later would have enabled greater access. |

| I booked 10 rooms for (in average) 2 nights at a total of approx. 2000 Euros. After confirmation of reservation by e-mail, the hotel informed me by phone that the booked rooms are under repair and no more available. I found this very strange since at that weekend there was a large trade fair in Berlin (Internationale Funkausstellung) where all hotels in Berlin and Potsdam were fully booked. I suspect that the hotel could sell the rooms at elevated congress rates. At least they assisted me to find an other hotel. |
