 THe shower was broken, the external windows were filthy on the outside and it was very noisy. The Steakhouse was a glorified downmarket pub, food average, service poor. Tables could do with a good clean |

| We arrivet at 12 a.m. and there was no possibility to give the luggage for store until 3 p.m! Never met this situation in a other hotel!(we had to carry our luggage tho whole day with us, same situation the day of depart) |
