Due to its small size you can enjoy an intimate holiday while still enjoying the hotels close proximity to the city center; just a 3 minute walk to the heart of Portschach and the good variety of restaurants. You have the possibility to go for a swim at the lake without crossing any street and after that why not enjoy our sauna or steam bath. Alternatively you may just want to spend a relaxing afternoon and evening in our Onyx Bar. With both heating an air conditioning the house offers peace and relaxation and how Prof. Ernst Fuchs one of the most important Austrian artists once said; It is not a holiday at a friends place it is a holiday with friends. Water ski school and tennis facilities can be reached within a 2 minute walk and the Moosburg Golf Club is within 7 minutes by car. Downhill skiing or paragliding is also available just 35 minutes away on the Gerlitze. Additional Information; Children age 3 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 4-7 receive a 50pct reduction. Children age 7-10 receive a 35pct reduction. Children age 10-14 receive a 5pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.
