The wait staff (Pedro especially) was excellent--charming, friendly and helpful. Location in Pontresina is great and the breakfast excellent.
The internet didn't work for .com and .net sites. We reported this to 2 people (including the proprieter, we think) and both just shrugged their shoulders. They didn't fix it or follow-up just stated that "we didn't block these sites". The .de and .ch sites worked, so it made us wonder why our concern wasn't addressed. Also, the website should mention that the .7 miles from the train site is up a very steep hill. With baggage, it's exhausting. The hotel said they would have picked us up, but we didn't know.
