Room was good. Plenty of room. Quiet. Free internet. Breakfast was excellent on both days.
The evening meal was a disaster. Table booked for 8.00pm. We arrived in the restaurant at 7.55pm. After two courses each we got out at 10.15pm!!!
The staff were doing their best but there too few of them. Four front of house for over 100 diners including two large parties!! Long delays before being seated. Long delays for ordering. Long delay between courses. And the food arrived cold and not properly cooked!! Raw dough dumplings! Had to chase the staff three times before we got the dessert. It arrived one hour after it was first ordered. We didn't order coffee, we went back to the room and made a cup of tea there.
Very disappointing as we had been there before and the meal we had then was good.
The diners at the adjacent table left and went across the road to MacDonalds - and did the same for breakfast!!!!
