 very nice hotel - good service and clean comfortable rooms
 be warned - book the shuttle bus before you arrive - you can walk there from the station, but you certainly cannot from the airport! other than that a great stay! |

Enjoyed our overnight stay very much.The meal in the bar area was excellent. would recommend hotel
and would stay again.

Very helpful staff and ideal for an overnight stop before an early flight from Pisa. Food excellent.
Would be better if a room only rate could be obtained, as we left too early for breakfast in order to catch a flight. |

The staff and sevice in the cafe bar was very good, but access via the hotel would have been preferable.
I chose the hotel because the information gave me to believe the hotel was on the airport site, which it most definitely wasn't. This meant we had to get a taxi from the airport, as we hadn't been informed there was a shuttle bus. We also had to get taxis to and from Pisa and a taxi in the morning as the shuttle bus didn't start until 6.30 which was much to late for us and many other guests. There was a problem contacting the taxi company early in the morning which caused everyone a lot of anxiety.
Breakfast started well after we and to our knowledge several of the guests had left and there was no packed breakfast given as an alternative. |

The hotel was very good and the restaurant in particular was excellent - it would have been helpful to know that the hotel is only available to and from the airport by taxi - this is not a problem as the desk staff booked the taxi which arrived promptly and took only a few minutes to reach the airport but this did cause a bit of anxiety for us as we had an early flight

| Modern building. Very near from the airport but it was impossible to reach it walking.
