very new, very modern, LCD TV and DVD player in room, very helpful staff
the restaurant was closed completely, there was no real alternative to eat; the internet was not working in my room, I had to change room; the internet is for extra charge (~18 EUR/day!!), which is not normal in Plzen; the wellness area is too small, costs about 15 EUR extra.
