Like the entire apartment block, Esparteria 1 is equipped with air-conditioning and heating, ADSL Internet connection, lift, satellite TV, sound system, DVD player, safety deposit box, oven, microwave, teapot, hairdryer, iron and more. All the apartments have spacious bedrooms for 2 people each, a large bathroom (with bath and shower), an open-plan kitchen (fully-equipped) and a light-filled living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed. Thanks to the apartments full-length windows and balconies, all rooms (apart from the bathroom) enjoy natural light.
