Location very good. Bus station just around the corner. Big and spacy rooms. Vacuum cleaner very noisy at 8.30 in the morning. No service at breakfast.Had to search for coffee ourselves. Rooms were not aired properly.

The staff at the hotel are excellent and we like the restaurant very much. The mattress on our beds were way too soft and as soon as the staff were notified, the mattress were changed, however,the mattress that they replaced them were soiled with other peoples's body fluids and I would have rested better if they had used mattress pads before that put down the bottom sheet to make the bed. Other than that, we love Achat.

The Hotel was as we hoped for: very clean and tidy and very friendly staff.If ever may wife and I are in this part Germany again we shall certainly contact hotel.de again. Many thanks for a very night. The only negative report to make is,that the wash basin in our room had two cracks in it,this I mentioned on checking out and the on duty manager noted this.Apart from that every thing was just right.
