Lovely staff, friendly. Lovely hotel. Great neighborhood. Quaint market at the end of the street. Great location! We were booked onto a room without a working airconditioner. We were changed to a room with a dirty/ molded bathroom and then finally changed to a clean room with a working a/c. However this took and entire day of our 4 day stay. 4 star hotels should know better.

Really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was great! People were very nice. Metro stop right around the corner. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Hotel is blocks away from Champs and the Arc, not steps as indicated in hotel information site.

The hotel was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. Slept great. Breakfast had many choices and delicious. Great location. Would highly recommend this hotel.
