Lovely staff, friendly. Lovely hotel. Great neighborhood. Quaint market at the end of the street. Great location!
We were booked onto a room without a working airconditioner. We were changed to a room with a dirty/ molded bathroom and then finally changed to a clean room with a working a/c. However this took and entire day of our 4 day stay. 4 star hotels should know better. |

Really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was great! People were very nice. Metro stop right around the corner. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
Hotel is blocks away from Champs and the Arc, not steps as indicated in hotel information site. |

The hotel was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. Slept great. Breakfast had many choices and delicious. Great location. Would highly recommend this hotel.
