 Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean.
 Breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer ( although probably on par for Paris ). Room was VERY small and we could here the metro announcements into the night. |

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very good and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Grenelle and will stay there again on my next visit to Paris. I really liked the close proximity to servies including the Metro station right across the street. It is more than a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower for most people! However, for walkers ( and runners such as myself) it is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, Musee d'Orsay and the Place de la Concorde and all sites in between!
The single and double rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest, but the hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is on a noisy street, but that is expected in a big city like Paris. |

-Our room was quiet, but there were not many people staying there during our stay.
-The room we got had seen better days!
-Not enough towels in the bathroom
-No shower curtain
-The hotel had no parking (although kind of suggested in the description9. I finally, after some searching, parked in an (expensive) underground garage, 10 minutes walk. |

this was our second stay and we knew what to expect which is why we returned .The staff were very helpful and friendly,the room was cleaned daily. We will deffinitely go back a third time sometime in the future as Paris is one of my favourite cities.
Please make the breakfast a little more varied-while enjoyable and more than adequate, the menu did notchange from day to day. |

It was just what we wanted - quiet, very central, directly opposite a metro, right next to a supermarket as well as McDonalds, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, in short, well worth the money!

You need to pay your stay on check-in not check-out as usual. The breakfast is not great, but OK. I would say that the hotel itself is not great, but OK. |

Ideal loaction.Metro just outside the door. Short walk to the Eiffel Tower,plenty cafes and brasseries nearby.Room was very clean and staff had excellent english.

The hotel is located close to Metro and this is great for sight-seekers and the staff is very friendly as well.

Booked a twin room and it was bigger than expected, could fit 3 single beds comfortably side by side.
Room was comfortable and cleaners tidied the room daily.
Friendly reception and service.
No drinkable hot water flask or cups were provided.
Heated water for showering sometimes takes too long (more than 5 mins) to become warm.
Only CNN & Sky News available on TV for non-French speaking viewers.
No safe or locked drawers to store important documents. |

| wasnt good and the staff wasnt very friendly. we arrived at 3.30 and the room wasnt ready and the housekeepers were having a chat with each other while we were waiting for the room to get ready. we booked 2 rooms and we were charget separately on our credit card although it was one booking. so we paid twice the comission fees.not impresed at all |

The hotel has a very good position. The metro is just in the front and you can drive every where from there. To the Eiffel tower it's an only 10-15 min. walk.
The staff was friendly and spoke english. The rooms were very small, but it's ok for a city trip if you don't spend much time in your room.
The breakfast was very little...but that's not so bad because in France breakfast is not so big at all but they didn't come after refilling the bred and the croissants and so on. |
