We were upgraded to a suite, which sounded very nice, till we discovered it.
The hotel staff was very nice, although the doorman watched us carrying heavy bags instead of helping us open the front door when leaving.
The room was very old, the mattresses of the bed were uncomfortable as soon as we laid on them. We did not sleep well. The bathroom was old. Far from what we would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. The room (although it was a suite, which is normally being sold at an unacceptable 490 EUR per night) was not worth more than 2 stars to us.| Selected top hotels in Paris | |||
