The hotel was very pleasant and the food good.Howeve r when we ordered coffee we were told there was none.
The directions to the hotel were very confusing and it was not made apparent how far it was from Gummersbach. The TV did not work and even after the mangeress tried to make it work, it did not work the next day. A new and decent TV should have been provided. Also there was no kettle or tea making services. In the restaurant we were told the chef had run out of coffee.this was incredible!
