There are many very interesting examples of medieval fortified towns in the province of Padua, with such a wealth of different types of defensive technique that this area is one of the most interesting in Europe from this point of view. In the south-western part of the province the towns of Monselice, Este and Montagnana are to be found along one of the main roads at short distances from each other, real medieval jewels, while to the north of the city is Cittadella, with its perfectly preserved elliptic fortified wall. Padua is an ideal city for keen golfers. There are three prestigious clubs a few minutes drive from the hotel, set deep in the beautiful green surroundings of the Euganean Hills, the source of inspiration of Petrarch's Odes. |

| Francesco, the chef, is looking forward to welcoming you to a classical environment where you will find not only perfect service and courtesy, but also a menu which gives you the chance to choose among local, regional and international specialities.
