The light and creative cuisine of the chef Dierk Escher offers unique fish and game dishes and invites for a culinary journey through forests, streams, lakes and oceans. We also present the Italian del Bosco trattoria with hotel bar and terrace as well as the Vis-à-Vis coffee and ice bar. Here you may stock up on some sunshine in the red-light sauna, enjoy the lights and the scent of herbs in the sanarium (approximately 50 °C) and watch the starry sky in the steam bath. The 550 m² spa area with swimming pool is at your disposal. We also place 14 modern conference and function rooms for meetings and seminars with a capacity for up to 350 people at your disposal. Every guest will receive a voucher for a reduced cosmetic treatment or a classical massage. Please note that our 2 restaurants are closed from 24th December until 27th December each year. |
