From herbs such as Lovage and Sorrel to daily picked vegetables that re awaken your taste buds, you will dine elegantly in our candlelit AA rosette awarded dining room. Probably one of the best hotel restaurants in the County said a Gourmet Guide. Adam has a fetish for freshness for all his produce, which is sourced as locally as possible from others who care too. Breakfast too is a delight, with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh brewed coffee, free range eggs, bacon which is second to none, hand made sausages, fresh tomatoes and mushrooms from the garden in season, and you have a truly British breakfast. |
