the hotel is reasonably priced and well positioned however more than 0.5 miles away from the centre of oxford as described.
the room was clean however there were exposed wires over the bed were lamps had been removed and the hole left. The linen was freshly laundered however badly stained. One would have thought that housekeeping would have noticed and not used the sheets. Staff generally seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Upon arrival we were advised that they would check to see if they had a room ready, after 20 minutes ( and having checked in two other couples ) they had made no effort to find out if a room was ready and then advised us that we would have to come back.){kind=link}
