The staff was extremely helpful particularly the fact that they sent someone to the train station to pick us up. The telephone had no information on how to reach the desk. The alarm clock could not be used, thus we had to take a trip down to the desk (due to no instructions on how to reach it although we tried everything) to ask for a wake-up call.
