 All the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Room had a very nice and large balcony. Servi bar was priced reasonable. Very close to airport.
The air conditioner didn't work, and staff thanked me for reporting it to them. |

Too much noise from the road. Problems in closing windows. Too much to wait for the dinner, some food not available. TV bad tuned. |

The room was very clean and pleasant, breakfast was a buffet with many different foods offered, the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.
It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel. We took the metro from Rome as described, but then we had to ask directions and had to walk a considerable distance, probably more than a mile. We had backpacks so that wasn't a big problem for us, but it would have been extremely difficult or next to impossible with large suitcases. There is a bus that runs from the metro stop to the hotel, but the description on the web site doesn't describe this. |

Equitment and breakfast is not bad.
Shuttle bus service was not available even during the service time and I had to take the taxi to the hotel, it costed 45 EUR!
I do not recommend the hotel the access is not good to the Rome Fiumicino Airport even if the distance seemed to be close to it. |

| Maybe 3 stars in Italy is completely different than US hotels or even Switzerland hotels. I would say it is more like 2 stars. Bed was so hard! |

Breakfast was included and extensive cold meal. Good value for airport access (Fiumicino).
Twin Room & bathroom very small. Air conditioner very cold and impossible to adjust, because our stay was 1 night only, we did not try to have that corrected. Need better directions to get on right street for hotel. |

| Very good cost/performance.
The site stated the hotel to be about 10 km from my "target" and it was 32 Km !!! |
