Business hours of reception: from 06:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Hotel Residenz is located in the centre of Osnabrück, Lower Saxony. It is situated at the edge of the pedestrian precinct and can be easily reached by car or public means of transport. Our attractively appointed rooms and suites as well as our apartment offer you the highest degree of comfort. Each room is equipped with shower, toilet, safe, mini-bar, TV, phone, internet access, WLAN connection and a working area with desk. A lobby bar, where you can enjoy a number of snacks and refreshing beverages, a traditional German café and a sumptuous breakfast buffet cater for your physical well-being. After an eventful day the sauna and the fitness room invite you to unwind and to stock up on energy. Our first night our room was on the main street, the traffic noise was unbearable. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to change to a much quieter room; however, this was only by luck as they had a cancellation.
Even though the staff are quite friendly, the hotel itself is rather old; the room interiors, though we were told a date of 1982, look like they're from the early 1970's. Do not stay here if you are looking for style.
