First of all, although we booked Neustadt on this website. When we called to confirm they told us we would actually be staying in another hotel called hotel Residenze. I told the receptionist we would not arrive until 12am, he said "no problem". When we arrived everything was locked up, the phone was unanswered as was the door bell. We had to drive a further two hours to find a motel.
