The help I found here after a harrowing flight from Heathrow was fantastic. The young woman who checked me in had to change my rooms (no internet where I was), interpret, get me to the restaurant and all sorts of things which she did fantastically. I was very pleased with this hotel ! The description was rather steely -- its a great place!
