 Reasonable hotel near airport. Much cheaper than SAS and other large brands in same vicinity
 Tram stop is close, but Tram can be difficult to understand foir foreigners and no help is available in hotel. I will now search for hotels in the area which still have free shuttle to airport |

Easy access from airport by tram (around 10 min.), and tram station is just next to the hotel.
Acceptable riding time to get to main station with the same tram.
Accessibility of this tram station should be more emphasized on description as one of outstanding point.
If I knew all rooms are non-smoking, I would not have taken it. Is it general regulation for hotels in Switzerland not allowing to smoke inside rooms?
Internet access limited to ADSL 10Mbps for free.
For faster speed and wireless, you have to pay.
Renovated, but a hole for some tel or electric line before renovation (it seems) remains on lower wall uncovered.
Some unknown stain remained on desk chair surface.
But generally, clean room. |

Well appointed rooms with new fixtures and appliances. Excellent breakfast.
Loud noises from from AC ducts or
water pipes at various times during the night. Limited dinner menu, poor waitstaff. 20 euro parking fee unexpected, thought to be included in hotel price. |

i had a very good overnite stay, the staff were competent & friendly, the room service breakfast was outstanding (and hot). the room was lovely & modern. i really enjoyed my stay and will be back !

My initial was for 2 nights. I could tell that the hotel was renovated except the hallways on the upper floors. The room was very clean and very pleasant.
Staff was spotty. The female receptionists were more competent than the male employees especially the ones that were there at night and early morning. One of them was even rude. I neglected to get the name.

The Hotel was very clean and the transportation to and from the airport was efficient.
The shower was a little difficult to operate and keep the water from spilling out to the whole room. The area surrounding the hotel is very industrial, not very nice to walk around. |

Because I arrived late and had a pre-paid room, I was given the last room available, which was a suite. It was very well appointed, and I wish I had had more time to enjoy it! Also, the hotel shuttle was right outside the airport exit, which made it very easy to get there.

Excellent kitchen, nice atmosphere of the bar/launge, restaurant. Very realiable Airport transfer.
Surroundings of the hotel are too laud(one side is the railway,other side parking place, buses parking-leaving early morning in the backyard. There is no chance to find a quiet room.
Although the hotel offers breakfast from 5.00 am, buffet was not prepared at 5.15. |

Hotel room was larger than most and very clean. Carpeted room with queen size bed, softer than most European style double beds. Bathroom larger than most and well lit. Small shower door in tub area, allowed water to splash on floor. Convenient 10 minute drive to airport. Shuttle bus service to airport every 30 minutes.
Hotel was under remodeling until end of September 2007. Road in front of hotel under major construction, so we had to walk on plywood sheets to cross the street. Hotel is located in business district so not much sightseeing or restaurants immediately in the area. No breakfast included in room price and very expensive at 25 Euro per person. Two cups of coffee cost 8 Euro. |

Very friendly and competent but unintrusive staff. Interior environment up to all expectations set by the Group at this level.
Major tramway construction outside until August 2008 make access more difficult. |
