staff very friendly and attentive more advanced TV or IPTV system from Swisscom is recommended. Guestroom Service is somewhat outdated and therefore not attractive to purchase check-out process can be done faster to avoid qeues

Clean rooms, low noise, nice bathrooms. The girl who check us in was not friendly. She knew our 2 parties were together and when asked to be in the same building became very short and frustrated. Asked about Breakfast and she told us it was 30 CHF. Not about the early morning special. My husband just so happen to go get coffee and found out about a special for early morning, it was just ending for 7 CHF. The parking for 25 CHF a day was not noted when we booked the room. Also when booking the room on line, I needed 2 rooms on with 1 bed and one with 2 beds. As I was booking the rooms the first one came up a 99 CHF and when booking the second we had to pay 159 CHF. I endlessly tried to get it made right and was told NO (this was before booking the second room through e-mail and phone calls). It was less than 5 minutes between bookings. The web site was unable to take my 2 bookings at the same time. Very disappointed, paid too much and unfriendly staff member. Do not recommed. This is a repeat of our other booking 44479499. We were together as a group.

Your hotel was perfectly located and easy to get to by bus from the airport terminal. Nice and comfortable room Nothing negative to report. Well, maybe the desk staff could have been a bit more friendly...a little bit more!

We were disappointed that the hotel shuttle bus to the airport did not start early enough for a 7 am flight (5 am at the airport). We chose the hotel for easy early morning access to the airport.

Very close to airport. Clean. Large Room. Spouse really liked all the bathroom amenities. Very nice place for a one night stay. Expensive Breakfast Buffet.
