very close to the airport. good shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport. I appreciated the little printout they give you when you check in with the shuttle schedule.

if you plan to go out at night for dinner etc. and then return by train later that night, you have to take a taxi. this will cost quite a bit. Taking the train back late at night to the airport was not a good idea. I found myself virtually alone at 12:30 am in the airport looking for the exit closest to the hotel shuttle stop, when I found it I had missed the last 12:30 shuttle and had to take a taxi. This hotel is fantastic if all you need to do is shuttle to and from the airport or if you have a car. |

My main comment is that the internet service was very expensive and for the first night didn't work at all. In this day and age an airport hotel should provide free internet service - if necessary by including the charge in the room rate. I cannot believe that the rates you charge are justified. My internet service at home costs me about $50 per month. Yours was $50 for 2 nights - outrageously high for a service that was slow when it did work and was unavailable for the first day.
I doubt if I will use this hotel again. |

I opted to pay cash for my stay and hence was treated as a convicted criminal. I had to pay everything in advance and a substantial deposit to cover such costs as bar, food and mini-bar. When this deposit was exceed the Hotel LOCKED my mini-bar remotely. So in a 300 EUR + 5* HOTEL they don't trust u to pay your bill. The room standard was comparable with a 3-4* and in need of freshining up. Overall a much over-priced hotel that won't trust you to pay for a juice. The staff however were friendly and efficient. |
