Furthermore, a tour at the weekend or a short trip are always worthwhile. Whether you decide to visit the Märchenwald (fairy tale park), the wildlife park, the Altenberg Cathedral, one of the numerous hiking trails, or whether you would like to visit excavations or archaeological sites - you will surely find something that suits you. Our four-star hotel provides a total of 17 double rooms. The spaciously, comfortably and exclusively equipped rooms are available for our guests, including contemporary hotel service, a rich breakfast buffet as well as conference rooms for seminars. Hotel Restaurant is very good, but is very expensive, (although it is reputed to be up in the top 50 Restaruants in Germany!); The Bistro is also good, but menu is limited, however there are other dining possibilities in walking distance of the Hotel, so there is good choice if you're on a longer stay.
