very friendly staff, quiet rooms have a beautiful view to the park, free parking, WLAN / IPass available TV channels are a bit fuzzy

The booking process was so easy and accurate. The hotel beautiful, and the people from front desk to maids, were friendly and helpful. It is our place to stay in the area from now on!! They get excellent all the way around. We cannot think of anything!

There is nothing special to comment positiv about the Hotel in Gernel. I am bit shocked that Hotel staff seems to be not well trained.very impoliet reception staff,No smile-no thanks -no see off wish.Dinner waiter dont have real hotel manners,i personally will naver visit this hotel again in my life.
