Friendly staff and clean hotel rooms.
 Would like to have a coffe maker and minibar in the rooms. TV was bad especially the pay tv blurry and unwatchable. |

Large quiet room , wonderful breakfast and excellent bar. Most of the staff helpul and friendly.
The room could have been cleaner perhaps and it was also a bit smelly. Regretfully the man who checked us in was nowhere near as helpful and friendly as the rest of the staff. |

| We were disapointed about the hotel. We chose it because it has received 8 points in the evaluation. The only 4 star about it is the breakfast. Everything else is just 3 stars quality. It was not worth 105 euros.
Parking was extra cost, which is ok but I would like to know this information before I make a booking. |

Good breakfast which was included in the price.
Quite an industrial area. Room had a very chemical smell which was quite unpleasent. Very basic room, but comfortable bed. |

| The parking price of 7.- Euro is a lot for a public parking with no direct covered acces to the hotel. |

| I think you have to modify your descreption due to the satelite channels. According to the hotel description there where international channels. There were almost only german channels, a few news channels on english, and a few italian og spannish. For scandinavien, dutch and others countries, these channels are not interesting. And since the hotel is placed far away from everything(nurnberg), well then mihgt spend much time on your hotel room, and therefore, more international tv channels.. |
