The hotel is very convenient for the airpost and the U-bahn makes travel to the centre easy. A quiet and clean environment to stay in - I can highly recommend it.
It is a shame that wi-fi internet is not provided free of charge. |

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The "Non Smoking" floor reelked of the smell of smoke. The room smelled sweaty and was not clean. Room service was horrible. For 17 Euro per person we received two small plates, no coffee, no juice. When I called the girl back before she reached the elevator, she had a really bad attitude about bringing what I had ordered. The location is convenient for the airport, but the facilities and services are very poor. I can't believe this is a four star rated hotel. |

My 2 daughters and I were assisted promptly at
arrival and found the room set up nicely for
three people; in all of my experiences, I have
never received as nice assistance. Thank you.

Offer of breakfast after check-in is very attractive.
If I greet the Reception staff in German I would prefer to be spoken to in German too - some of us like to practise at every opportunity even if we make mistakes! |

The Hotel was ideally situated for us. We picked up a Hire car from the airport, and we were able to walk to the Movenpick hotel very easily. The welcome that we got and the standard of the service was excellent. I would certainly use this hotel again, if flying to Nuremberg.
