Clean, breakfast was excellent.
They kept assigning me to rooms that did not fit my booking (no-smoking, Queen bed). Only the third time did they give me the correct room. Expensive compared to better situated hotels that my colleagues used. |

This is a wonderful hotel, alittle outside the centre but easily accessed. We were exceptionally well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. The little "Wow!" features surfaced all the time.

Convenient hotel with respect to the location from Electrolux site

Hotel bar/night watch woman was very friendly. Other employes were helpful on answering questions and quick in responding.
Bad service at arrival/checking in. I was given wrong room, and the staff looked as I tried to rip them off when they unvillingly "had" to give me the junior suite that I ordered AND paid for.
In the aprox. 20 or so different suites and jr suites I have stayed in over the world (including England were standard are in general low) this room was the worst. It gave no luxury feeling what so ever, except it was spacious.
A relativ big hotel like this should also have a open restaurant and perhaps a real bar etc.
I was very dissapointed overall. |

One thing though that is very sad about telivision, all movies in normal channels are not in english, even if they are produced by english talking languages. But this is not anything the hotel can do anything about as I understand. News are ok even if the BBC is dull. Now I was not there to look on telivision but somehow it is a company to understand something when you travel alone and just want to relax for sometime. |

breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and a very friendly staff. Evening meals small selection, but OK. Very nice athmosphere in "lounge".

| this hotel is perfect but definitely needs a restaurant for evening meals
I stay here nearly every week, and the evening menu of sandwiches or pizza just is not good enough.I do not want to go out to restaurant on my own in the evening, so thsi really spoils the stay in what is otherwise a very nice hotel. |
