Very clean and in a good location with only about 2 min walk to the lakeside and the docks. Staff was friendly. The two single rooms we had booked were of different size, but both large enough.
Only one person serving breakfast although the hotel was full. She was very busy and remained friendly, but of course could not manage to serve everything on time.
