The hotel is very comfortably located for a visit to Nice without a car, most locations in walking distance, also public transport. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. I mentioned to them on my departure that 'if I come back to Nice, I would chose them again'.

rather expensive breakfast price in my view for private guests on hotel homepage, the description of 'how to get to hotel by bus' requires update, the bus numbers seem to have changed in the meantime.

-Hotel staffs were friendy and kind. -Breakfast buffet was very good. -Free internet access Standard double room was small. (Especially bath room was too small.)
