Centrally, yet calmly located, the little city Hotel Comte De Nice is in the immediate vicinity of a colourful Provençal market. The beach, Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town as well as the largest shopping street are only a 7 minutes tram ride away. All public transport facilities are at walking distance.
Our German-French hotel offers 55 rooms and 1 suite with a private roof terrace garden, all allocated in the main house. The adjoining building furthermore provides 10 apartments. All rooms are conveniently, individually decorated and feature the standard appointments. Every room has a private bathroom with toilet, satellite TV with international channels and telephone. Every apartment also provides air-conditoning, fully equipped kitchenette and dining corner. Electricity costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
A cold breakfast buffet is served every morning from 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. We are a non-smoking hotel and also offer free internet access.
Restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities are only a few minutes away as well as the city centre.
A visitor´s tax is charged at the hotel per day and person.

Hotel is very close to the only tram (L1) in Nice, has a bakery nearby, bars, a big market every morning with fresf fruit and more, a little food shop near the tram stop and a supermarket one tram station away (<10 minutes walk). If the neighbours are having a quarral and/or can't cleap at night - you can't sleep either. (happened to us one night) Still, we find the hotel good.

Very Nice room compare to the price. Staffs are nice. Pretty far from Gare ville from the expected, but it's ok. compare to the room and price.
