The carpet was so dirty in my room I called housekeeping for bath towels to lay on the floor. I wouldn't walk on the carpet. The rest of the hotel was comparable to the carpet. I would never stay there again under any circumstances.

Great location. Good fitness center and pool. No wireless in rooms. Rooms VERY small - even by NYC standards. No Club lounge/level. No preferential treatment for Starwood Platinum members.
