Staff we're very helpful and friendly. The rooms were quite small, but very clean. The breakfast (included in room rate) was very good value. Location is great, 10 min walk from Empire State, and underground station at end of the street should you need.

No complaints really. Compared to other cities the room rate was quite expensive (around £130-£140 a night) but having done the research that's just New York!

The restaurant is great and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. For business travellers as myself the included internet access is extremely valuable! It is really too loud in the rooms, you can hear all noices from the corridor and from the street and the street is extremely loud. Makes it almost impossible to sleep. And the main reason why you are staying in a hotel is to have a place to sleep...
