Breakfast was not included and it was very expensive according to the variety and quality. The toilet was not flushing out,the curtains was fallen and there were not really hot water. The transportation between airport and hotel was very bad, not enough frecuencies.

I only had a very short stay at the faculity but the staff was very friendly & helpful both the front desk, the restaurant staff, the door men, the bus drivers and the maintainence staff. For the few hours I could not ask for anything better and comfortable.

I selected the hotel based on free shuttle service. I took the AirTran (elevated train) to Federal Circle where all hotels pick-up. The pick-up area has only a canopy/tent and standing out there in the open to wait for the bus to arrive is not very pleasant in cold NY weather. Bad design for an otherwise good service.
