Nicely decorated rooms but awful lobby setting (on construction) The ongoing construction is just a nightmare. Too expensive for the provided services including the rented room ($600!). The internet did not work on continuous basis. I had to complain twice. The charges for a meeting room were not at the level for a location of the Hotel.

Location The hotel decor was rather dated. Constant problems with hot water and escalators

The hotel is located at Time Square. You can easily walk to the shopping district and the theater district from the hotel. Hotel security screens persons entering the hotel after business hours to keep persons not staying at the hotel from reaching the guest floors. The staff was very friendly and professional. Elizabeth at the front desk is the exactly the type of person I would want if I ran a hotel. The room I had (4011) was most likely one of the nicer, larger rooms in the hotel. The room was loacted directly across from the elevators and once in a while I could hear the bells of the elevator when it stoped. Roumor has it that the hotel will undergo a major face lift starting in 2008.

Good location for EY offices. Requested a quieter room and was sufficiently high up and at the back of the hotel not to be troubled by noise from Times Square Rooms could do with a face lift!

Hotel was clean, our room was ready when needed, and location was excellent Escalator was out of service the entire weekend, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Times Square. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Zimmer nicht sauber und auch der Gesamteindruck des Hotels entspricht nicht den Vorstellungen.
