Staff very friendly and helpful. Room quiet except normal hotel noises eg. doors to other rooms being closed, although there were dogs in the village barking at times in the night. Views from room breathtaking. The hotel is on edge of village and is around 1250 metres high so evenings in September were cool, take a sweater/jacket. Area around is excellent for walking, skiing, and sightseeing. Village of Navacerrada very nice, extremely clean with good restaurants.
