Good value for money

As our plane was delayed by three hours, we did not arrive at the hotel until after the reception was closed. The procedure for obtaining access to the hotel foyer and lock box were not clear, and the call centre assistant did not understand English. As the door code and lock box code was the same for everyone, I would suggest these codes are sent by email to customer after the cancellation period has passed.
