The hotel was built in 1982. It is famous with the food and accommodation in Jiangsu Province. There are three separate buildings, Dingshan Wing (4 star), Parkview Hotel (5 star) and service apartments.
Dingshan Wing has 115 rooms with economic facilities and comfortable decoration. Parkview Hotel - Main building consists of 453 spacious and tastefully decorated rooms (309 guest rooms and suites in phase 2) with a minimum floor space of 50sqm. 120 service apartments and 14 villas are suitable for long staying guests. |

Huai Yang cuisine is renowned for the following qualities: taking care and attention to material selection, Careful preparation, Elegant style, pursuing original tastes and using fresh, mild and different flavors. The traditional famous dish are: Jin Ling Duck, Salted Soft Shelled Turtle with Egg White. Stewed Spare Rib With Cloves, Fish noodle Soup, etc.
