Burghotel Münzenberg is a family-run country inn with 18 double rooms which are also available as single rooms. Quietly located right in the heart of the Wetterau Region, the hotel is set at the foot of the majestic Münzberg Fortress, a well preserved ruin from the 12th century. The 2 mighty towers can already be seen from far away and considering their shape they are called the 'Wetterau Ink Pot'.

Our comfortable rooms are equipped with TV, desk, bathroom with shower and toilet. The panoramic lift ensures convenient access to all our rooms. Every morning we treat you with a sumptuous breakfast buffet that will provide you with sufficient energy for a new day.

Take a seat in our beer-garden underneath old trees and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, some cake or fresh waffles, a salad or a local delicacy 'Handkäs mit Musik' (cheese with a special sauce) or a glass of cider, the most popular Hessian beverage.

If you are planning a seminar, we can place our seminar room on the 1st floor at your disposal. The room has capacity for up to 25 people and a view of the fortress. Please ask for our conference arrangements.
