Friendly staff, they even offered to carry my luggage. This is a rarety in any 4**** hotel in Western EU. Excellent sauna. Nice and traditional atmosphere. Very good restaurant. Beautiful location. Close enough to Basel (1.5hr by car).

The bath/shower in my room needs to be renovated. The owner will understand once he/she tried using it once. I suggest to remove the bath and put in just a modern shower instead. It was no problem for me; I usually take my shower in the wellness area anyway.
