Business hours of reception: from 06:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The delightful Hotel Trollmühle is located in the beautiful town of Münster-Sarmsheim in the Rhine Palatinate. Our establishment offers a relaxed and very friendly atmosphere surrounded by a verdant environment. The hotel offers 25 cosy and comfortably furnished rooms. Among other things, the rooms are equipped with, en-suite facilities including a bathtub and shower, a hair-dryer, desk, mini bar, telephone, television and internet access. Guests can enjoy culinary treats in our restaurant, the dining hall or on the terrace. In summer you can experience a sociable evening in the relaxed atmosphere of our beer garden. In the mornings you will be greeted by the scent of coffee, tea and freshly baked bread rolls. You will surprised by our à la carte dishes or by the individual business menus which we offer at noon and in the evenings. Various opportunities for walks and bicycle tours begin right outside the hotel. The location of the hotel, right by the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, promises an outstanding natural and cultural experience. We will be glad to organise boat tours, vineyard tours or wine-tasting sessions with wine growers. Good hotel for the purpose required - one night's transit stay. Would use it again if I were to be in the same area.
Room, while adequate, and of a good size, had a tiny en suite bathroom. Also, there were cracked windows and the TV aerial socket had fallen off the wall. I had to effect a "temporary repair" to get a picture on the TV. Overall, adequate for a one night stop, much longer would have been less suitable.
