dirty carpets and linen, no compliments like bottled water, no replacement of shower gel bottles(soap dispenser in shower defect and not fixed after complaint), no cleaning of soap basket and toothbrush cup, claustrophobic room, not worth its 4 stars |

room 1826: frigo bar didn't work, I couldn't open it, when asked for help, room phone broken
I went on the floor looking for an other phone to call the concierge and asking for some still water
they came after 40 minutes with a bottle 0.25cl of sparkling water and try a flebile attemp to repair the frigo bar. The room smells and when you ask for some help at the concierge you can prepare yourself to wait for ages.

Was "upgraded" to smaller room than I had last time with no upgrade.

Despite looking ugly from outside, the rooms have been nicely and brightly remodelled and are good.

On arrival they gave me the wrong room which was occupied when I entered (at around midnight); then the key to the right room didn't work and they let me in by master key; then the new key (which I used first time after breakfast in the morning) didn't work. |
