Easy to find in Schwabing. Located near to Englischer Garten for walk to central Muenchen. U-Bahn station next to hotel. Garage parking below hotel. Helpful staff. Central garden for outside eating/drinks
The hotel is showing need of refurbishment. Worn carpets and no air conditioning in the rooms. A fan had been placed in the bedroom and needed to run continuously to keep the room cool. The bathroom was worn and needed attention. The breakfast was overpriced and with a large number of guests the food was quickly exhausted but the staff tried hard to feed the guests.
Although the hotel shows its age and needs a refurbishment it has good staff and is ideally situated when visiting Muenchen by car and using public transport in the city
