I have stayed at the Rennaisance on several occasions but not as first choice, the Hotel does need to be updated, the rooms are looking old and the fittings etc are showing their age. The telephone system does not cater for international clients, I was setting a wake up call but the instructions were all in German, should be linked to the computer system and change language according to client preference.

Very kind staff. Good service in general. Easy to reach with underground There is a need for a renovation. There are some broken tiles in the bathroom and the shower is not top quality anymore. Furniture is oldish, but rooms are clean.

The room, value, service and breakfast were all excellent - but the beds in this hotel are exceptionally good - big, good quality mattress and buckets of feather pillows! Long walk from room to lift

Frühstück ist viel zu teuer!! (EUR 21 pro Tag). Vergleichbare Hotels nehmen 14 bis 17 Euro.

In the morning, romm cleaning staff chat was very noisy.
