      Responsive personnel

      Personnel doesn't work twenty-four-hour that is very inconvenient in terms of payment. There is no parking place and park permission.

      This hotel is just off the Victual Market. The apartment for 6-persons is a great deal.

      We had a difficult time parking in front of the hotel to unload our bags. I parked in a taxi stand and immediately was confronted by a cab driver who took it upon himself to act like a policeman towards me. I realize that this is not the fault of the hotel, but, as an aid for their guests, it would be nice to have one reserved spot for embarking and disembarking guests. We parked our car in an underground garage ~500 meters from the hotel. The hotel had no elevator, a decided inconvenience.

      It's not clear from the description that there is no elevator in the hotel. My room was on the 4th floor and my luggage was heavy.

      The hotel was great for the money. I don't remember there being a hairdryer and radio in our particular room but it didn't matter. Breakfasts were awesome and it was definitely in a handy location for town and Oktoberfest! Great value for money during this time when prices were so elevated.
